RD REFERENCES This is UNEVALUATED Information THE SOURCE EVALUATIONS IN THIS REPORT ARE DEFINITIVE. THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE, (FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) 1. The first group of 17 Korean officers under the command of Captain KIM Song-Ku arrived at Veszpr?eii, Hungary, in September 1953. They were convalescents from the Hungarian R&kosi Matyas Field Hospital in North Korea. 2. A second group of 25 commissioned and non-commissioned officers arrived in November 1953 and proceeded to KaposvAr. These too were convalescents. 3. A third group of 1a. df 'icers: arrived in December 1953. This group, was made up of radio technicians. These officers received lodgings in one of the villas in the Gellerthegy area of Budapest. They were to supervise a large order of field radios and morse sets which had been placed with the Standard Works by the North Korean Government. A fourth group of 10 persons, also radio technicians arrived in March 1954 and had been attached to the Orion Factory for the purpose of supervising a contract placed by the North Korean Government.
