1. A.Soviet naval base will be established at Stalin in the near future
The naval units to be stationed there will be transferred from their
present bass in the Crimea.
2. Stalin will be declared a military area to which non-residents will not
have access. With regard to the entry of non-residents, Stalin will thus
have the same status as Obzor (N 42-50, E 27-53), Nesebtx, and other
towns located between Stalin and Burgas.

Recently a non-resident wishing to make a motorboat ride in the
neighlorhood of Stalin port was not allowed to do so. -Preparations are
under way for the transfer from Stalin to Burgas of recreation and
bathing facilities for non-residents.
Comment: the port of Stalin will
allegedly be organized next year as a boviet naval base.
