1.. The I--'(;;,hart (Hungarian-Soviet Navigation, Inc.) shipping concern was to be dis-
solved as of 15 October 1954` It was to be ron'aced by Mahart,(Magyar HajozLsi
Rbszv rnytarsasAg, i.e. Hungarian Navigation, Inc.) which was to be under the sole
management of the Hungarian Government.
2. The Hungarian Government agreed to pay the USSR the equivalent of $92,000,000
for the release of Meszhart, Maszolaj (Hungarian-Soviet Oil, Inc.), and Maszovlet
(Hungarian-Saviot Civilian Airline, Inc..).
