1. Osiris and ammunition are still pouring across the Chinese border for the Viet
Minh (VM).
?. All the French guns captured by the VM have been taken away from the VM reg.-
ular troops and given to the VM regional forces as replacement weapons. The
VM regular troops are being given German or Czech guns.'
Comment. Source did not know which country manufactured the weapons
