ITS TRANSMISSION OR REVEY The Soviet military authorities in Deutsch-Wagram, Lower Austria, have ordered an extensive construction program there. The former school (Volkschule) building is being rehabilitated at a cost of 200,000 schillings as a school for children of Soviet,,.officers. It is also said that the school building will be used as an officers' academy for the entire Soviet occupation zone in Austria. The Deutsch-Wagram gymnasium (Turnsaal) has been converted into a mess hall for officers. 2.- The Soviets occupy 74 houses with 128 apartments in Deutsch-Wagram. Recently 3. authorities and the Austrian civilian authoriti it has been noticed that Soviet enlisted men and military offices have been transferred from private dwellings to newly erected barracks and tents. The vacated dwellings have been occupied by officers' dependents. Some 60 to 70 Soviet families are living in the town.
