Following are some details on the Troeglitz hydrogenation plant near Zeitz
for the month of July 1954:
1. Personnel:
The total number of employees was 4,572 including an administrative staff of 516.
2. Electric Power Output:
The electric power output ues 1.2 million Kw. (hrs.) per day.
3. Production:
Gasoline
Diesel oil
Lubricating oil
Paraffin (slabs)
Paraffin (liquid)
4. Miscellaneous:
a. Dr. (fnu) Matschke has been succeeded by Dr. (fnu) Telezky as chief manager of
the plant.
b. On 12 July, there was a short circuit in the power house, which caused four ring
circuits (Ringfeld) to be put out of action. A turbine had to be shut down also.
