THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE. (FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) 1. A regular engineer officer, who was attending a course at the Gdansk Polytechnic, was recalled to take up an appointment recently vacated by a Soviet colonel. 2. The Soviet colonel, who had been in charge of the construction of fortifications near Szczecin (Stettin), was called back to the USSR.
