THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE. (FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) The Ministry of Road and Air Transport has issued instructions for the use of the ctmrlunications departments of the praesidia of voivodship national councils concerning the surfar' -? of newly built roads or repaired roads.
