The Ministry of Road and Air Transport has issued instructions for the use of
the ctmrlunications departments of the praesidia of voivodship national councils
concerning the surfar' -? of newly built roads or repaired roads. According to
the nevi instruction surface thicknesses must be as follows:
10 cm. f or gravel roads
14-18 cm* for ordinary paved roads
14-18 cm. for roads paved with cobblestone
8 cm. for roads surfaced with one layer of crushed ~><
20 cm. for roads surfaced with two layers of crushed rock
