1. The Porcelain Factory of P4cs (Pecsi Porcellangyar) (4605N 1813E) is under
the management of the following:
a. Manager: Lajos Kovacs
b. Party representatives: G~ula Gyenes,
Jozsef Molner
c. Soviet representative: Viktor Nasarov~
d. Chief technician: Delnes Kovacs
2. Total number of employees is 1,500; 10 percent of these are office workers.
3. Salaries average 400-600 forints far month; additional wages for Stakhanovites
go as high as 1,000 forints per month. An estimated eight percent of the
workers are members of the Communist Party. The factory operates in three
shifts.

Products include porcelain insulators. Daily production is 4-5 carloads with
primary destination the USSR.
5. The factory receives 5-6 carloads of kaolin, primarily from Czechoslovakia.
Quartz is furnished by Hungary and Poland.
