The train scheduled to arrive at Docberltp--E1.sta] on 6 October 1954 probably carried replacements for air force units stationed at this post. On 7 October 1954, the 10th Gds Tk Div began its discharge program. During the previous years, Bad Frelenwalde was main processing center and distribution point for dlschargees and replacements respectively in the area of the Fourth Gds Meer Army. Other observations indicate that h ttl s u e-train went empty from Frankfurt/tier to Jueterbog on Brest--.L- on the same day. According to the ~resenz repor i bt a h , s ou e t at this shuttle--train left the zone with soldiers as early as on 30 September 1954, since it also appears improbable the train went to Brest-Litovsk via Kuestrin.
