Prior to his leave, Nikolayev went several times to the building of the Soviet Embassy to obtain official approval and clearance for articles written by other, German, editors. Previously, such articles were taken to Karlshorst.t Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2010/08/27: CIA-RDP80-0081 OA00540012001 1 -0 REPORT T CD NO. DATE DISTR. 30 November 1954 NO.
