Comment. The report confirms the ammunition depot of the
wen y-Fount: Air Army in Biesenthal - Vor erk until September 1954.
The occupation by 200 soldiers is considered too high. The trucks
belong to the depot administration. For a sketch of the installation,
see Annex.
Comment. Since the end of 1953, a large number of artillery
pieces and mortars has been assembled at the ordnance depot of the
Fourth Gds Mecz Army near the Biesenthal railroad station. It is
believed that the exchange of weapons which was observed during
several months was completed in late August 1954. The shipping of
85-mm AT guns from Biesenthal to Jueterbog cannot be determined.
The caliber was possibly confused with 76.2 mm or 54 mm calibers
which probably could have been shipped to the GSFG ordnance depot.
The consignee of the 12 mortars from Ju'eterbog-Alter Lager has not
been identified.
Comment. Traffic between tie GSFG clothing depot and the 77M
clothing factory in Biesenthal was previously reported.
