4o There was an extremely serious shortage of skilled workers at VEB Srhiffselektrik
Rostock (Rostock Marine 8lectrio Natiooulised Plant) which affected the entire
shipbuilding program and-made it impossible, in most cases, to most the target
for the electrical equiphent of the new ships as well of the repairs? Efforts
made for weeks to overcome this shortage of skilled workers have proved as
unseccessful as ewes'.
