CLPSSIFICATION SECFET
Dia-Metall dealt with the Trade Mission in regprd tc deliveries of copper
ore (Blisterkupfer) from A .biai, Deliveries frequently arrived in Berlin
behind schedule and not in conformity with the delivery term3t agreed upon
in the contract. There were also frequent difficulties with the Albanian
Trade Mission concerning the quality of the ore delivered. All correspon-
dence between DIA-Metall and the Albanian Import Corporation, Enterprise
pour 1 1 Importation, Rue Liponiti 77, Tirana, (Durazzc) was forwarded in 25X1
French to the Tirana office; copies of the letters translated into
Russian were forwarded to Bansi at the Berlin Trade Mission office,
The Russian translations sent to Banal. were done for his convenience, 25X1
since be knew Russian better than French or Germcani.
