1. Bohumil Lausman is being held, under a false name, in the Ruzyne prison near
Prague, where he is allegedly being prepared for his coming trial. His family
have never been released from prison. 25X1
2. In connection with the Lausman affair, about 130 persons, previously active in
public life and former members of the Social Democratic Party, have been arrested.
They are mainly those known as opponents of Zdenek Fierlinger. The following are
said to be among those arrested:
Koubek,
Jaroslev Nebesar, a former Governor and then Liquidator of the National Bank,
Dr. Miller (Miller),
Dr. Millerova (or Mtallerova), from Prague,
Dr. Picman,
Stehlik,
Dr. Trzicky, formerly state prosecutor in Beroun; and others.
