Qi3, 8 and 9 October 1954. 2 to 3 ..;iG-15s or U-I-aG-15s took off 25X1 individually from Puetnitz airfield. Between 10 October and 4 November, there was no air activity. Througho..~ ,~ November, flying was practiced. l Sixteen to 18 individual take-offs by ~iiG-15s or U-BiiG-15s were seen. 25X1 2. On 17 and 18 October. 4 biiG-15s or U-idiG-15s were parked south of the eastern end of the runway. There was no air activity. 1 3. One Token-type radar set was seen on a hill about 1 km southwest 25X1 of the Ribnitz railroad station. 2 Qr,}_25 October, 10 L1iG-15s or U-Iui3-15s rovers parked at the field, including 2 in the southwestern corner next to the hanar and 8 25X1 in the northeastern edge at the edge of the woods in the eastern extension of the runway. bore aircraft were possibly narked at the field. Possibilities of observation are limited. No air activity was observed. 1 5. A metal plate, about 5 meters lon. and fitted on 4 leis about 40 cm high was seen between tY,e '~uildings of the Dammgarten settlement. Three T-shaped antennas of shining metal were fitted on~the plate. The two antennas on the outer sides were about 75 cm high and were connected by a cross dipole, about 120 cm long. The antenna in the middle was not in line with tiie other antennas and was about 50 cm high and 75 cm wide. Two wires extended from the metal plate to ' four wooden masts, about 2 meters high, which were located in a harden. The metal plate was surro;.~nded by a mesh-wire fence. A temporary wooden building and a temporary corrugated iron building .east of it were seen next to a small building of the settlement. The two temporary buildings were connected by.a telephone cable. An antenna mast which was braced four times and surrounded by a mesh-wire fence was,seen next to the temporary wooden building. Two soldiers were seen in front of this building. An antenna mast of an unidentified type was seen next to the small settlement buildin;. ~ 6. On 25 October the.lightir~ facilities at the eastern end of the runwa~r were s~ritched on for 2 minutes.
