(FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) Ningpo. The larges group observed comprised nine planes in three flights of three planes each. These'aircraft appea?Tc both to land at and take off from 1. twin-engine.d bombers have appeared in'the air*over 25X1 11 697198 to grid reference 702192. The main road running north from grid reference 700162 had been diverted eastward at grid reference 705980 to 25X1 Chuangshihchen '(N 29-56, E 121-36). A barbed'wire fence ran from grid reference 7114585 to"grid reference 729205.. two MIG aircraft landed on the northwest end of Changch'iao's runway. 2. Changch+iao Airfield ran approximately from.grid reference 3. rom a distance of one mile,, many JilG' s could be seen not seen on cloudy or rainy days. TU-2's were observed over Ningpoy but none were seen landing. 25X1 on clear days preparing to land at Changch'iao Airfield. MIG aircraft were MIG's were seen circling ove; Hangchow. These planes. came from Chiaochen (N 30-20, E 120-1L4) Airfield* the Chinesei;ommunists began to reconstruct Taishan. 25X1 and materials from the Choushans to Taishan. Comment.
