In late October, the Medical Administration of the KVP allegedly
was still located on Mauer Strasse in Berlin W 8. Officers of this
agency included Major General Professor Dr. Walter (fnu), chief 25X1
and Lieutenant Colonel Dr.Heymanns (fnu), deputy chief.
In late October, the management of the "Vorwaerts" ZSK (central
athletic club) of the KVP was located on Regatta Otrr:sse in
Berlin-Gruenau. It consisted of about 20 officers and NCOs who 25X1
included Lieutenant Colonel Michelis (fnu), head of the club,
who was a former technical sergeant; Erich Krueger, deputy of
Lieutenant Colonel ichelis, who was also a former technical
sergeant; and Lieuter:ant Colonel Rueckert (fnu), organization,
planning and statistics officer. Head of the athletic department
of the KVP headquarters in Strausberg was allegedly Major Wudtke (fnu) 1
In late October, Colonel Zettler (fnu) headed the political 25X1
department of the KVP headquarters and was not a member of the staff
of the political administration. His deputy was Lieutenant Colonel
Friedrich (fnu) whose office was located on the second floor of
building No 4, Section I a, Strausberg airfield.2 The second and
third floors of building No 4 also housed Administration IX which
was concerned with road and railroad construction. Room No 340 was
occupied by the chief of ti-is administration, Lieutenant Colonel
Wstzdorf (fnu). 3
Supplementary information on the occupation of buildings Nos 6 a,
b and c revealFd that building No 6 a also housed the Central
Manuals Administration (?) and the offices of Major General
Bechler (fnu) which were located on the second floor. Room No 224
in building No 6 b was occupied by Colonel Boehme (fnu), 2d Deputy
of Major General Doelling, and room 100 on the first floor of building
No 6 c was occupied by Major Ruehlmann (fnu). An adjacent room was used
by a Soviet adviser.4

completed in the spring of 1955 and was scheduled to house the
Construction Administration, the Billeting Administration, the
Rear Services Administration,5 and the Political Administration.

6. The headquarters building (building No 3) in Section I a of the
project at Strausberg airfield was scheduled to be completed
on 21 December 1954. Rooms Nos 204 and 205 on the second floor of
this building were to be occupied by the Soviet adviser to
Lieutenant General Hoffmann, while rooms Nos 206 and .07 were to
be used as accommodations for Lieutenant General Hoffmann, and
room No 201 was a conference room.6
7. On 26 October, a meeting whose topic was the so-called Officers,
77ouse at the Seehaus Project involved Colonel Boehm (fnu), political
officer, Colonel Zettler (fnu), no1itical officer, Colonel 'atzdorf
(fnu), KVP traffic chief, and Lieutenant Colonel Koehler (fnu),
KVP chief engineer.7 and 3
8. An officer of the MdI /KVP said Major General Adam (fnu), former
adjutrnt to former Field Marshal Paulus, recently moved to
7ilkendorf Castle near Strausberg when he lived together with
another two high-ranking KVP officers.8
9. From 10 October to 26 October, the average transloading of freight
cars at the Strausberg railroad station for construction work at
the airfield was about 110 cars a day. An incoming shipment contained
the first rails for the extension of the city railroad line as far
as the airfield.
10. In late October, construction work at the airfield involved
Pauunion Kueste with a labor force of about 1,000 men, Bauunion
Sued with a labor force of about 500 men, V-.,-'B (K) Bauunion Bitterfeld,
VTB Str' ssenbau Potsdam, VI,B Baustoffbergung (^) , and possibly
Bauunion Frankfurt'0der.

Administration TX (transporta.tion) at the KVP main headquarters. 25X1

(fnu) is known as deputy of Colonel Praessler (fnu), chief of the
Construction Administration.
Comment. ,Vilkendorf Castle has occasionally been mentioned
as the future residence of former Field Marshal Paulus.
