1 o On .17 November 1954, 2 jeeps and aedan,l with a driver wearing red-bow---d
black epaulets were parked in front of the former Kreisggerieht (district cour25X1
building on Schiesaetatt Ring in St. Poelten (0 49/41 88). The building was guarded
by a sentry who wore black-bordered red epaulets. Two long-wire antennas extE25X1
between the gables of the two lateral wings of the building. Two leads of the one
long-wire antenna and we lead of the other long-wire antenna led to a window of
the central section of the building together with the two leads of the "J" antenna
which the roof of this section mounted. Three 37-mm AA guns and 3 jacked-up trucks
were observed through the open southern doors of the garages went of the former
Kreisgerieht building. An aiming device with moving air targets was observed at this
site for the first time. Thirty-four motor vehicles were observed in the garages of
the Rainer Raeerneo Twelve trucks, 2 tank trucks and 3 jeeps were parked in the yard'
of this installation. Motor vehicles observed at the gate of the Franz Josef Kaserne
which was guarded a sentry wearing black-bordered red-epaulets included trucks 25X1
and ee all 25X1
with drivers wearing re bordered black epaulets; truck with a driver 25X1
wearing black-bordered black epaulets; and van-like wsapon carrier with 125X1
driver wearing black-bordered red epaulets. Fifteen tucks and 2 jeeps were observed
in the area of Camp Spratzern which was guarded by two sentries who wore black-
bordered red epaulets. No weapons were stored in the open the nstallation.
Motor vehicles observed at the site included tank truck and trucks 25X1

2t. On 18 November 1954, 72 soldiers who wore black-bordered red and red-bordered black
epaulets.. carried field packs and 12 light machine guns and were led by 2 majors
wearing red-bordered black epaulets with artillery insignia entered the Auhof Kaserne
northeast of Urfahr (N 44/V 88). Six squads, each of wbbh numbered 8 soldiers, were
observed practicing facing and drilling with ri i he yard of the installation.
