The hard coal proportion of total coal stocks was 53 percent 25X1 on 18 ~?ovember and 35 percent; on 29 November. '. (Comment. During the period of observation, a total of 125,286 tons ~RU) 25X1 of coal ~;vere supplied and 120,425 tons (BU, were consumed. Comment. This informat:~on is received for the first time. The use of 25X1 inferior coal is necessitdted by the critical coal eitutaion of the railroads.
