2. The Foreign Ministry's Office for the Care of Diplomats (Abteilung zur Betreuung
der Diplomaten) is to be separated fros the ministry and given an independent
status on 1 February.
Foreign Minister Lothar Bole left for a visit to Prague on 3 January from which
he had not yet returned on 13 Ja=sr. The trip owhich was not reported in the 25X1
press has been kept secret even inside the Foreign Ministry.
