Bruno Leuschner may resign his position as chairman of the East German State Planning Commission (SPK) and join the Central Com- mittee (ZK) of the SED. 2. Erwin Kerber, presently a member of the SPK, may then assume the chairmanship of the SPK. 3. Dr. Werner Lange, head of the Central Office for Research and Tech- nology (ZAPT), may then asrme the duties that are' now being per- formed ty Kerber.
