1. Since late August 1954 bed-wire entanglement parallel to the 25X1
border was under cons in the Czech border area on both sides
of Varnsdorf (0 51/G a obstacle started in the area of the Luz
(Lausche) hill and, i berr1954, extended in a continous line as far
as the area about 2 ki rs west of Varnsdorf. As early as November
1954, posts to support the extension of the entaglement toward Rumburk

2. I (Comment. It is believed that the border sector mentioned in the presdnt
report belongs to the Decin PS brigade. A previous report
stated that, in September 1954, soldiers of the Plana brigade
were also detached to construct obstacles in the sector of the Decin 25X1
brigade.
