On 7 December, a train of 2Q boxcars with an engine heading to the east and ready for departure was seen in front of the loading ramp. Another train of at least 10 boxcars was seen on the branch-off track. The billeting equipment which had been piled up at the loading ramp had been removed; it had probably been loaded. ;5 5. Commanding officer of the unit was Colonel Zukanov (fnu); supply officer was Major Koslov (fnu). 2 1. Comment. Some Po-2s are still stationed at Oranienburg airfield. In November 1954, a Po-2 with cockpit was also observed at the Trebbin airfield which is used b the sports and technics association. Motor vehicle was previously observed with the Second Gde Mecz Army; it was possibly newly assigned to the air force. 3. Comment. Connections between Oranienburg airfield and Werneuchen airfield which is occupied by bombers were repeatedly observed. A clothing depot of the GSFG is located at Bernau, a fuel depot of the Twenty-Fourth Air Army is located at Eberswalde (bisenspalterei). Colonel Zukanov or Zukhanov was previously reported as commanding officer of the Weisse Stadt. Unit Koslov is believed to be the OATB of a flying unit. The transfer to Oranienburg of officers from Neuruppin appears credible. It is not known from which airfield in Mecklenburg officers were transferred to Oranienburg. Wittstock was once mentioned in this connection. Comment. The construction battalion Unit Igoryev was quartered in Hans Schemm Schule. This unit possibly left the Weisse Stadt.
