In September 1954 in the area vest of Cape Bolshoy Gorodetskiy (N 67-43p E 40-5T)
at the entrance to the White SeaF ~a collection of pipes which
were installed in rows,with about--l..000 meters between the rows and with several
hundred meters~distance between the pipes. The length of the pipes was estimated
to be about 25 meters. The pipes were set on a slant with an angle of about 30
degrees between the surface of the ground and the pipes. All of the pipes were
directed toward the north (see sketch below).
