1. Between 0200 and 0600 hours on 12 July 1954,9 Soviet naval vessel was
observed in the area between Kharlov Island Of 68-49, E 37-21) and Kildin

length, and it was about the Ries of a merchant ship of 1600 to 1700 DWT.
