A brief survey of the Main Administration for Radio and Teleoommunioationa (HV RFT)
of the East German Ministry for Maohine Conatruotion showed that the following
situation existed as of 30 3epte~nber 1954= 25X1
1. Only 6596 of the 1954 planned production of 987,472,000 II~ had been fulfilled.
By this date, 70.1,,E of the quota should have been mat.
2. Stooks in exoeee of plan (Ueberplanbeetaende) were as follows:
Plan positions 1 - 4 28,927,000 Ll~
Unfinished produotioa 27,214,000 ~
Finished produote 10,439,000 Ltd
This showed that these stooks had inoreaeed by a flxrther 4,365,000 ~ ae of the date
of the survey.
3. Claims and liabilities also showed an inoreaee; oompared with the status on 31 August
1954, a further 9,000,000 LIE were added, eo that by the end of September claims
amounted to 89,787,000 Lam. Liabilities mounted to some 7,000,000 DMa sad on 30
