From 10 to 11 September 1954,'. one naval vessel,j IWas
observed in Klaipeda harbor. It was about.35 meters.in length, with a tall
narrow bridge, one mast, and no stacks. On the mast-about two meters above
the bridge, was a cylinder with a rounded top painted gray. Well aft
on each side of the vessel were two covered'object measuring approximately
2 x 1 x 1 meters. The armament consisted of a small gun on the foredeck and
one machine gun on each side of the afterdeck. There were no torpedoes.
