A number of :elected government employees who are politically trusted were to visit all industrial enterprises *ii er the jur- isdiction of their respective Main -dministrations during the week from 7 to 14 December 1.954 and organize meetings with the personnel of the enterprises. jhe Moscow Conference and its im- portance were to be discussed at these meetings. b. These government employees were to make reports upon the meetings to their Ministries not later than-15 6ecember 1954. c.
