Only Soviet vessels were= allowed to. use that part of the quay. Two 255X1 Soviet Liberty ships and another Soviet cargo vessel of from 5,000 to 6,000 DWT were loading at the quay.. 2; I ,The ferry.that came 25X1 down.the Yenisey River went around the.western point near the. small islands as did the tugboats.
