The lower part of the quay at Igarka was closed off by..a moveable
plank fence. Only Soviet vessels were= allowed to. use that part of the quay. Two 255X1
Soviet Liberty ships and another Soviet cargo vessel of from 5,000 to 6,000 DWT
were loading at the quay..

down.the Yenisey River went around the.western point near the. small islands as did
the tugboats.
