1. From 16 November to 11 December 1954, the Kavallerie Kaserne in Pasewalk 25X1
quartered an estimated 2,000 men who wore yellow-bordered black and red-
-bordered black collar patches, According to civilian workers, an undetermined
num'ner of AAA units and a signal unit were located in this installation.
Small crews were still assigned to harvesting details.
2, Detachments of 20 to 50 men received combat training; in the area south of 25X1
the installation, and record practices with rifles, pistols and submachine
guns were held at the target ranges Training activity observed in the
area of the installation was limited to training with 37k-mm and 85.-mm
AA guns. Training with artillery fire control directors was presumably
held near the sheds which were protected from observation..
3- On 7 December, 15 x 37-mm and 85-mm AA guns, an undetermined number of
trucks and items of equipment, and about 80 AA artillerymen were entrained
at the Pasewalk railroad station,

The Henschel IIagazin (depot) was occupied to capacity by 37-mm and e5-mm
AA guns, artillery fire control directors and radio trucks, The former
stables in thI area of the installation also housed guns and several items
of equipment,
6. On about 4 December, soldiers commenced layin, an underground cable,
about 10 centimeters in diameter, from the installation toward
Neubrandenburg.
From 1 November to 2 December, two units which were commanded by Fritz ear 25X1
(fnu' and Muehle (fnu) were stationed at Camp Fuenfeichen., 'Te installation
quartered an estimated total of 500 men, with the unit commaned by Fritzler
s"~ight.ay outnumbering the unit commanded by i.uehle. Two hundred men of the
M ehl.e unit were daily detached as potato harvesters to the neighborin,
fay;;is., Captain Fritzler's deputy was Senior Lieutenant Paetzold (fnu)..
