THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE. (FOR KEY SEE REVERER) 1. On 27 November 1954, a depot, 300 meters long and 400-500 meters wide, was 25X1 observed at the exit of Sofia on the east side of the Dragalevtei (N 42-38, E 23-19) road. Two observation posts were located at the north and south side guarded by infantrymen. Six low buildings with tile roofs were seen in the woods. Empty infantry ammunition cases were seen in a corner. 2. On 2 December 1954, an observation post was observed three kilometers west of Dekov (N 43-.36, E 25-07) and two kilometers north of the road to Nikopol. Another observation post was seen two kilometers further to the east, which appeared to be on a line parallel to the road. In the back of these posts, three large low grey buildings were observed, and to the east, four other buildings with tile roofs. It appeared to be a depot about two kilometers long. 3. A field, enclosed by barbed wire and extending about a kilometer, is located four kilometers east of Svishtov on the south side of the road to Tearevete (N 43-35, E 25-21). An observation post overlooks the field, and two un- occupied sentry boxes are located to the east of the field. The tile roofs of the buildings hidden by trees and a rise in the ground were observed. There was no activity at this field which had all the characteristics of a depot. 4. On 3 December 1954, an observation poet overlooking a field and surmounted by a sentry box was observed at the west entrance to Vardim. The tile roofs of low buildings were seen on the elope descending toward 1hw Danube. There was no sentry visible at the observation post, and no activity at this field which had all the characteristics of a depot.
