Comment. Compare -I to September 1954, the number of standard-gauge locomotives
decreased by 5 which were probably deactivated from the park of damaged locomotives;
-e total number of narrow-gauge locomotives remained constant while the number
of serviceable locomotives of that type increased; the numbers of electric .ard
otlier locomotives remained constant.
Cor:ment. Compared to September 15'54, the total number of freight cars increased
b5(4, which were probably newly produced by 30 November. The number of gondola cars
shows an increase of 2,000 while the number of flatcars decreased by 1,800. It is
unknown whether the numbers of gondola cars and flatcars available really
fluctuated to this extent, because it is possible to convert flatcars to gondola
cc b, fitting them with sidewalls and vice versa.
Com,,.ent. The number of freight cars under repair decreased considerably.
increased by 101, including 14 fast train coaches and 93 passenger train coaches
nhich were possibly newly manufactured.
