in 10,52, 150,000 kW were installed in the steam power station I at
-a.tab2 ya and 170,000 kl in the power station at Ranhida. At this time, the two
-owar stations mentioned met approximately 50 percent of the entire Hungarian
electric current regfairements. In 1952, the power stations at Inota and Tiszaloek
ere still under construction and thus were unable to make a major contributio:25X1
to the nokver supply of Hungary.
Comment. In 1953, a total of 3.7 billion k''h of electric energy was
,ro ucpd in Tun ry. Assuming a total of 4,000 operating hours per year, the
Thtaba ya. and B nhida power stations may have produced approximately 1.28 billion
which would represent about one third of the total production of electric
e,.er in the country.
