the entrance to the Daugava ttiver. This barrage appeared to consist of net
supported by floats or buoys. Woodon or iron floats intc~rconnectod by chains
were visible on tho surface. The entrance to the river betweon the betties
w`s about 500 meters; the paeaageway through the barrage waa about 60 metora.
