1. The paymaster's office at Wittstook airfield was housed in the western
section of the large fan-shaped brick building in the billeting area of
the field. According to previous observations, a staff was quartered 25X1
in the four-story brick building with a tile roof, west of the fan-shaped
building. Major Smirnov (fnu) was the chief in the paymaster's office.

furlough.
2. The Red Mill Inn southwest of the airfield housed offi9ere billets, for
