1. To ensure better co-operation in the economic field between Czechoslovakia, East
Germany, and Poland, a permanent mixed commission has been created which is to reside
alternatively in Prague, Berlin, and Warsaw. It is to have broad powers to handle
all problems arising from the economic relations between these countries.
