As a result of the conferences, a construction supervisor from Potsdam stayed in Oranienburg for 2 hours daily. construction work was also supervised by supply officer Colonel Karian (fnu) who was assigned to this post by the chief supply officer, a colonel, presumably from Briesen. A total of 185 workers were employed. Their number was to be increased to 250 on 3 January 1955. A I WW air force unit was expected to arrive in Weisse Stadt on 6 Janaury. Up to that date, all the quartering buildings had to be already for occupation,. In late December, buildings Nos 6 and 9 were completed and 3 sections and entrances of building No 9 were occupied by the AA Unit Burakov. The buildings Nos 13 and 16 were completed to 50 percent.
