REMARKS
Lieutenant Razov (fnu), chief engineer) Iwho was
newly assigned to the Potsdam Kech Office stated that Colonel Zakharov 25X1
(fnu) was the chief of a division headquarters. Supply officer of the
headquarters was Senior Lieutenant Popov (fnu) Lieutenant Colonel
Kazavitaki (fnu) has been on furlough in the USSR since mid-December
1954.
Comment. It has not been determined if Colonel Zakharov is the
chief of the technical division (ATD) or of the ground attack division.
All of the officers are known except for Lieutenant Razov.
