Goepfritz
1. At 1000 on 17 January 1955, two majors wearing red-bordered black epaulets with
tank insignia and three majors and soldiers with red-bordered black epaulets
arrived at the Goepfritz railroad station on the regular train from Vienna.
Allentsteig
2. On 17 January 1955k five SU-100 {;pans drove through Allentsteig and 25X1
went toward. the troop training grounds. Compared to observations in November and
December 1954, more soldiers were seen in the town. Local residents stated that 25X1
small shipments, mostly of tanks, arrived at the troop training grounds in early
Januar . Vehicles observed Allentsteig included jeeps
van-like truck driver school truck
E and trucks 25X1
All soldiers observed
wore red-bordered black epaulets.
Comment. The shipments of SP 25X1
guns and tanks to Doellersheim and vehicle
numbers observed indicate that probably contents of the 13th Gds Mecz Div
arrived at the troop'training -rounds for firing practice in January 19559
