1. The Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries (KWKL) is a highly important
institution whioh supposedly propagates the exchange of oulture with other oouutries. In
reality this is just a blind for propagating not culture but oommuniem. It in run by
various people the most important of whom are, Woj;oieoh Chabaeineki, Karol Wends, an'25X1
Mirabel.,
All these three: are Jews and Chabaeinski, who is the most important, is in direct contact
with the UB. There is?a committee formed of about twenty of the most eminent persons in
the cultural field, which is officially supposed to run the KWK`Z~. This committee ie under
the. euapice;a of Premier Cyan=kiew:oz and meets only about once :a year. It 'is a curtain
:behind which hides the executive office, Consisting of the three above-mentioned people,
which is the real. authority.
