The composition of the train to Kapen listed in paragrapl^ 5 was probably incorrectly identified and consisted of 35 to 38 boxcars with ammunition and 13 thr 14 empty flatcars as crash cars. The shipment from Toepchin probably consisted of ammunition or empty shells ... hich were returned to the USSR.
