Communist China has the top position in the development of international
Communism. Poland has put a large part of its merchant'fleet at China's
disposal in order to instruct Chinese sailors in naval science and to
unload in China merchandise bought in Europe.
2. The USSR aids China in the following spheres.* military, economic, scien-
tific and social. The USSR is even having fishing vessels constructed in
Western Europe for China. These vessels are sent to China, where they
are armed and integrated into the Chinese navy.
