1. The Main Administration for Liquid Fuel in Production Area Chemistry
and salaries can be transferred to? the Director Funds I and II of the
enterprise in question only_after special application to and approval,
total paid for wages and salaries have been autdmatical],y transferred-.to
the Director Funds by every enterprise which showed a profit.
2. These measures of the Main Administration for Liquid Fuels, which
apply to 1955 production, have created great dissatisfaction- among
the. managements of the enterprises under its jurisdiction and also
among their workers because part of the money accumulated-in the
