On the west side of Nileitin Point (N 69-01+-30, E 33-18) a sea- 25X1 plane anchorage (see sketch No. 2). A very broad ramp led up from the water; it seemed to be made of logs. At the ramp lay a large hangar with arched roof and large doors on the ramp side. eight 25X1 ..twin-engined flying boats on land outside e hangar. 5. On the east side of Chelmpushka Bay (N 69-03, E 33-1+) lay two floating dry- docks. There was a quay on the west side of the bay. 6. On the highest point at Khlebnaya Pakhta a round structure was being built. It resembled the foundation for a large oil tank. The structure was three to four meters high with a flat or slightly bowed roof. From the west a stairway without a handrail led up to the structure. There had been con- siderable progress in the construction 25X1 On the earlier date there were power shovels and trucks around the construc- tion, and the entire structure was boarded up. On the second date the site was tidied up. At this time a man was seen on the roof. 7. Quays were observed in the innermost part of Vayenga Bay.
