1. Shortly prior to 26 January 1955 a special commission, using the cods name
HV 18, visited the motor plants in Wickau, Ilmenau and ftiasen to recruit
engineers. Sam 30 engineers were recruited from Wioksu, all with first
grade qualifications, and were told they would be employed by civilian firma
while in fact they will be employed by the Haupverwaltung ?ereklubs. (KVP)
