1. Yugoslavia has not received any informal expression of friendship from
Albanian officials as it has from other Soviet Bloc countries. Mehmet
Shehu, an ardent opponent of Yugoslavia and the most vicious of all
Albanian officials in his attacks on Marshall Tito should be silenced
if relations between the two countries are to improve.
