(FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) l~ A broadside slipway (see Point A on sketch) was constructed in the northeastern part of the WOP (Military Border Guard) Basin (formerly Westerplatte) in Gdansk (Danzig) in the summer of 1951. The slipway is 15-20 meters long with a width up to 5 meters. The shed built at the end of the basin in 1953 contains repair shops for WOP seagoing craft. 2. A lock (see Point B on sketch), through which a fishing trawler can pass, was constructed in the summer of 1954 at the end of this basin. 3. Excavation has started on a canal (see Point B on sketch), 10 meters wide, seawards. It was impossible to establish the length which had been dug.
