2. Each of the two new Ministries is to have only two production areas.
3. Shipbuilding is to be under the Ministry for Heavy Machine Construction,, in the
Production Area of Deputy Minister Schomburg. The former chief of the Main
Administration for Shipbuilding,, Zieseniss, now head of VEB Volkswerft Stralsund,
is to be State Secretary in this Ministry.
4. The Main Administration for Shipbuilding is rumored to be moving to Strausberg.
5. Scientific-technical cooperation with the East Bloc is to come under the Finistry
for Heavy Machine Construction and is to be headed by Deputy iinister tsruno
Koch.
6. Alfred Wunderlich is to be State Secretary in the Ministry for General Machine
Construction.
