On 21 Larch 1955, major troop assembliea were observed in the
Jt''eterbot-,-I3a:uuth area.. Pa ive+:,gyn. 60 and 80 camouflaged vehicles were
_o. eked south of n'ueckell Dorf Soldiers wearing red--bordered black epaulets
with ari;iyle:r-,r in:?igni were seen with the vehicles. A large column including

AA duns was seen on the Kemlin-Paplitz road The aolu^.in was headed toward
Paplitz. lTumorcus tanks were assembled southeast of :.ierzdorf. In Petkus,
57-mm AT guns were emplaced on the roads to Jueterbo and Liescen. All
